The Beginning Of The Journey

Tech-Top Engineering Co., Ltd. (TTE) was founded in June 1993 as an engineering company which provides professional services for cleanroom setup, water and electrical supply system, fire control system, air conditioning, and laboratory facility. In recent years, TTE had extended business into PV and BIPV design, planning and construction. TTE fulfill the commission and established mutual trust partner relationship with our clients by keeping the faith of “dedicated in the optimized combination of safety, quality, speed, and cost to satisfy customers”. For 20 years efforts, TTE has became a professional E.P.C.C.M Total Solution turnkey provider.

From the evaluation, planning, design, administration, project plan execution, QA/ QC, controlling to the closeout of the project, it operates as a well organized project team and serves our customers with professional skills, knowledge, and engineering experiences.

Internationalization and Development

In 2000, with firmly partner relationship among TTE and clients, TTE started planing its diversification. The setup of Dongguan branch in 1999 symbolizes the beginning of global deployment of TTE, as well as the win-win relationship with the clinets. Following the establishment of the Dongguan Branch, Shanghai Branch was established in 2001 and moved from Shanghai to Kunshan, renamed TTE Wuxi in 2004. In 2003 TTE started investing Hon-Yao, integrated supply chain partners to achieve complementarity and synergy of resources and technology.

Nerver quit internationalizing, TTE Vietnam was established in 2007, on behalf of formally enterd Vietnam market. As the response to the continued expansion of the mainland market, Kunshan Delta and Dongguan Chuang-Zhao were established in 2009 and 2010,respectively. Moveover, TTE Chongqing was set up in 2012, to seize the opportunities caused by westward policy, as well as TTE Xieman to serve the entire Taiwanese business group in coastal areas. With the recovery of the north Vietnam's economy, North Vietnnam offices was established in Hanoi.

Meanwhile, TTE continue to put effort in the business in Taiwan and setup Tainan branch in 2005 to expand their services to south Taiwan. In 2009, Resource Development Office was founded, in charge of PV, BIPV. Then independently established Tai Sun Energy. Up to 2013, TTE had achieved more than 45 triumphs in solar-power system and the cumulative device capacity exceeded 10MWp.

The quality commitment was formally made since the certification of ISO 9001 approved in 1999, and updated to 2000 and 2008 version, the continuous quality improvement activities is the persistent and commitment of TTE.

Continuously quality improvement is the dedication and commitment made by TTE. In addition to the affirmation form clients, TTE won the "National Brand YuShan Award" in 2010, "Top 10 Golden Torch Award" in 2012, "Top 100 MVP Manager" in 2012, and "15th Golden Peak Award" in 2013.
